📌 Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery (UK consumer standard minimum expectation)
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
📌 Non-Returnable Items
We do NOT accept returns for:
- Used or damaged items caused by the customer
- Items missing parts or packaging
- Products returned after 14 days
- Items showing signs of wear, scratches, or pet damage
📌 Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or video evidence
- We will offer either:
- Replacement
- Refund
- Partial refund (depending on issue)
📌 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is faulty)
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service
- We are not responsible for lost return packages
📌 Refund Processing Time
- Once return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
📌 Refund Approval Conditions
Refunds are only approved if:
- Item matches original condition
- Packaging is intact
- No missing accessories
- No misuse damage
