📌 Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery (UK consumer standard minimum expectation)
  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

📌 Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items caused by the customer
  • Items missing parts or packaging
  • Products returned after 14 days
  • Items showing signs of wear, scratches, or pet damage

📌 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or video evidence
  • We will offer either:
    • Replacement
    • Refund
    • Partial refund (depending on issue)

📌 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is faulty)
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service
  • We are not responsible for lost return packages

📌 Refund Processing Time

  • Once return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
